At Feel Good Comms, we love working on projects that celebrate local talent and community impact, which is why we’re so proud to support the Scottish Design Exchange (SDX).
As a powerhouse social enterprise supporting Scotland’s artists, SDX is a vital part of the creative economy. This week, we’ve been helping them announce their major Glasgow move, and we wanted to ensure the news landed with maximum impact.
Moving from Buchanan Galleries to a brand new, larger flagship store on Sauchiehall Street is big news for both SDX and the city. To tell this story, we captured high quality imagery of founder Lynzi Leroy to accompany a press release. Our messaging highlighted SDX’s role in the Sauchiehall Street regeneration and its alignment with the Community Wealth Building Bill, while our bespoke social content helped build anticipation across digital channels.
The response has been incredibly positive. By positioning the move as a cornerstone of Glasgow’s city centre transformation, we secured significant reach across local, national, and industry titles including The Herald, The Scotsman, Glasgow Times, and more.
The feedback shows just how much the public values the SDX people-over-profit model.
Watch out for more news over the coming weeks and we’ll see you on Sauchiehall Street!
