A new communications agency has launched in Edinburgh with a mission to help brands across the UK connect with their audiences through positive and purposeful storytelling.

Feel Good Comms, founded by communications specialist Chris Batchelor, aims to bring a fresh approach to PR and brand communications, helping businesses create campaigns that not only perform but also make people feel good.

The agency is also looking for people to join the team on its new journey and actively recruiting for a Trainee and Account Executive, and looking to hear from those who are passionate about turning inspiring stories into measurable success and want a fulfilling and successful career path.

Before launching Feel Good Comms, Chris spent five years as a Director at Muckle Media, where he helped the agency achieve major growth and award recognition, including PRCA DARE Award Scotland’s Large Consultancy of the Year. He led high-profile accounts including The R&A, Barrhead Travel, Lyreco, and Continuum Attractions.

With more than a decade of experience spanning PR, social media, influencer partnerships, experiential marketing and creative campaigns, Chris brings a wealth of insight from roles at leading London agencies including PrettyGreen, PHA, Karmarama, and Publicasity. His portfolio includes work with brands such as Disney Parks, Three Mobile, Vauxhall Motors, and Brooks Running.

Feel Good Comms launches with eight core services: PR strategy, social media management, influencer relations, content creation, award entry drafting, media training, event and experiential management, and crisis communications. The agency also offers bespoke ‘Feel Good Sessions’, one-off support packages such as communications workshops, content capture days, or tailored PR activations, and ‘The Feel Good Inbox’ a dedicated media & influencer management and intelligence service.

Chris Batchelor, Founder and Managing Director of Feel Good Comms, said: “At Feel Good Comms, everything starts with how a story makes people feel. Whether it’s through a news story, a social campaign that sparks conversation, or an experience that brings people together, we want to help brands tell stories that bring feel good vibes.”

“We feel like we live in a time where the world needs more feel good news and there’s a real opportunity for brands right now to spread positivity and purpose. Feel Good Comms is here to do just that, in a way that’s both authentic, and drives results. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the best people in the industry over my career, and I’m excited to take everything I’ve learnt to pave the way for Feel Good Comms to be both an amazing agency to work with, and for.”

Based in Edinburgh (with Chief Pet Officer, Bonnie, the office Rottie), Feel Good Comms will work with clients across the UK, from established organisations to emerging brands looking to make their mark.
