The rise of Gringo Supperclub

This week we've been supporting Chef Kevin McPadden as he steps away from his corporate career to take his phenomenal Latin American dining experience, Gringo Supperclub, full-time.

What started as a passionate side project has turned into something truly special. Founded by Kevin and his wife, Paulina, Gringo Supperclub was driven by a simple concept: cooking authentic, vibrant food for strangers in the comfort of their own home.

Since those early days, the supper club has grown into a must-visit culinary experience. It's a place where the magic goes beyond the plate; guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends, all while enjoying exceptional Latin American cuisine.
